All passengers are allowed 1 piece not exceeding 50 pounds with an additional carry on. Any additional luggage will attract a fee.
Payments can be made online on our website or you may visit our office and do so by cash or debit/credit card.

No. We do not accept Travelers Cheques or Personal Cheques as payment.
Tickets are not refundable but are valid for use up to 6 months from the date of purchase. The ticket can be used for the same route or any route equal or lesser in value with an additional date change fee of $300.00 JMD. If the route exceeds the value of the ticket the customer must pay the remaining balance on the ticket.
Once the physical ticket is provided it can be used by someone else.
Our courier rates are determined by scale weight or the dimensional weight of the package. Scale weight is $700.00 JMD for the first 10 lbs and $50.00 JMD for each lb over 10 lbs. Dimensional Weight is charged for packages that are light in weight but large in size. The dimensional weight is calculated by multiplying the LengthxWidthxHeight, then dividing the total by 800. The cost applied to an item will be the greater of the Scale Weight or the Dimensional Weight.
Packages typically arrive either the same day or the next business day depending on the time the package was dropped off. Ask our agents for an estimated delivery time.
Storage fees will be applied if a package is not picked up within 5 days of arriving at its destination.
